Van Pelt Construction Services – for construction management services during pre-construction and construction phases for the Birch Lane Elementary School Multipurpose Room Project.  The 2018 Facilities Master Plan allocated 5% of each project’s construction cost for construction management services.  The proposed construction management fee of $481,481 represents approximately 4.6% of the estimated construction cost (in 2021 dollars) for the Birch Lane Elementary School Multipurpose Room Project.
